FOUNDER-LED GUIDANCE

Meet Ed Walter.

Ed Walter founded Walter Financial Partners after serving in leadership roles within the supplemental insurance industry. He built the firm around an independent model: understand the employer, compare appropriate options and help employees make informed decisions.

Ed works with employers, HR teams and established brokers to bring structure and clear communication to supplemental-benefit programs across Michigan.

WHY WFP EXISTS

Benefits are only useful when people can make sense of them.

Employers can offer meaningful protection and still see confusion, low engagement or administrative frustration. WFP connects strategy with employee education and implementation so the program is not left as a collection of brochures and enrollment links.

The firm is independent by design, allowing each review to begin with workforce needs and business realities rather than a predetermined carrier agenda.
